Devoirs

I know that families are busy and involved in many activities; therefore, the homework program takes place over several days to develop time management strategies and complete homework around extracurricular commitments.  One of the primary goals of the homework program is to encourage the development of study skills and work habits.

At the beginning of each term you will receive this notice and be asked to choose the level of homework each term that best suits your family’s needs and priorities.  Your child will receive a “1-day late pass” each term which allows homework to be submitted 1-day late without penalty.  If homework is submitted late 2 times during a term, without a pass, the student will move to the previous level of homework.  The homework level can be re-selected for the next term.  While I will try to help with lateness, the responsibility for using the late pass lies with your child.
